Things change, time keeps ticking, and winter comes and goes. Time to refocus on what is ahead.

What?! Minus 16 celsius in October. Are you kidding me? Who in this infinite universe do I talk to about this. I demand that winter wait at least another 2 months. Come on man!
Snow is here! As a child this was a special day. As an adult — ack, this means snow shovelling, white knuckle driving and walking the trails with ice grips on my boots and counting the days until winter is over. An attitude adjustment is required.
Life gets in the way of enjoying life. I’m a certified pessimist, so of course my thinking is; if all is going well then surely it can’t last. As expected my pessimism is vindicated by Life. Time to wallow in self-pity, it feels so good! I’m kidding, I think?
