This is the story of the never ending painting. However, I’m in it for the long haul, I’m committed.
A painting is nothing more than just dabs of paint on a surface. To mean something more is up to you — the viewer.
My internal self wants to “not” continue. The amount of work to complete this painting is turning me off. Time to refocus!
Visually my painting has what I see as three elements: organic structures, rock like structures, and technological like structures. Together they are a Singularity.
Painting is hard. I can see every misplaced brush stroke. Deep within myself I have this urge to panic and quit. Arg! So much work to do.
At this stage mindlessness is pretty much ancient history. I actually have to make decisions … arg! Did I mention thinking is hard on the brain!
