Not always what you want

Yeah I know … I’m still not done with my most recent painting project. You don’t always get what you want. Things happen, things break and dang it, other people get involved in your daily affairs.

A person can rant about it, get stressed or simply accept it and move on. I accept my painting not being finished. I did manage to do something though. I piled on more rocks. The rocks managed to morph into brick like structures.

So naturally my first impulse was to do what I always do — exploit a good thing until it’s no longer a good thing. Fortunately with all the interruptions this week my exploitation plans were cut short. Turns out that sometimes getting what you don’t want can be a good thing.

Apparently interruptions are more likely to disrupt my painting sessions but not my drawing. So as usual I have included some drawings from this past week.

Talk at you next week, maybe, just maybe I will have a complete painting (hahahaha, iz joke comrade). Can you tell I’m a pessimist? Later…
